Let's protect what we love from the climate crisis
Did you know that transport accounts for 27% of the UK's greenhouse gas emissions?
Shifting to walking, wheeling and cycling for shorter journeys is one of the best ways to make a carbon-zero future.
As members of the Climate Coalition, we want to help you make that shift and show the world what you’re doing to combat the climate crisis.Â
The Climate Coalition have loads of resources to help you join the biggest conversation about climate change this country has ever seen.
Moving the nation
As a member of the Walking and Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ±¦µä Alliance, alongside the Ramblers, the Bicycle Association, Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ±¦µä UK, British Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ±¦µä and Living Streets, with a combined membership of more than 330,000 people, we launched a joint manifesto ‘Moving the Nation’ in June 2018.
This sets out a new vision of a future where everybody in the UK can live, work and play in places that are healthy, vibrant and that make walking and cycling the natural choice for short journeys.
